Shipping and Returns
Everlamps offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered to supported U.S. addresses. No minimum purchase amount is required.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. After shipment, estimated standard transit time within the United States is generally 8–14 business days.
Shipping availability is confirmed during checkout based on the delivery address and available carrier service.
Eligible standard returns may be requested within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
All returns require prior review and written authorization. After an eligible return request has been approved, our customer support team will provide the designated return warehouse address and return instructions.
The Everlamps corporate and correspondence address does not accept or process product returns.
