Everlamps offers a Trade Program for qualified professionals and registered businesses purchasing lighting for residential, hospitality, property development, and commercial projects.

Approved trade members may receive preferred pricing, priority customer support, project quotation assistance, and support with multi-product orders.

Project-Based Quotations

All quotations are subject to current product availability and pricing.

A quotation remains valid only for the period stated in the quotation. Receiving a quotation does not reserve products unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

Application Review

Trade applications are reviewed individually.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. Everlamps may request additional information before making an approval decision.

Applicants will be notified by email after the review has been completed.

Trade Program access is limited to the approved business and may not be transferred, shared, or used by another individual or company.

Trade Pricing Terms

Trade pricing:

• Applies only to eligible products
• Is available only to approved trade members
• May vary depending on product and order quantity
• Is subject to current product availability
• May not be combined with promotional codes or other discounts
• Must be confirmed before the order is placed
• Cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed during checkout when required.

Everlamps provides free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered to physical addresses within the United States.

No standard outbound shipping charge will be added during checkout.

Return shipping costs are governed separately by our Return and Refund Policy.

Orders and Payment

Trade orders must be placed using the approved business and contact information associated with the Trade Program account.

Full payment is required when the order is placed through the Everlamps website.

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout and are processed through Shopify Payments.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

After shipment, the estimated transit time within the United States is 8–14 business days.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, weather conditions, transportation interruptions, destination accessibility, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Free Standard Shipping

Everlamps offers free standard shipping on eligible trade orders delivered to physical addresses within the United States.

We currently do not ship to:

• Addresses outside the United States
• P.O. boxes
• APO/FPO addresses

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information when placing an order.

Returns and Cancellations

Trade Program purchases are subject to the current Everlamps:

• Shipping Policy
• Return and Refund Policy
• Payment Policy
• Terms of Service

Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of confirmed delivery, subject to the requirements of our Return and Refund Policy.

Order cancellation or modification requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order.

After 24 hours, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed because order processing may already have begun.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Trade pricing does not change the standard return eligibility requirements unless different terms are clearly stated in a written quotation before the order is placed.

Product Availability

Product availability may change at any time.

Submitting a Trade Program application, requesting a quotation, or receiving preliminary pricing does not reserve products.

Final product availability and pricing are confirmed when the order is placed or when a written quotation is accepted within its stated validity period.
