Order Assistance
When contacting us about an existing order, please include:
- Your order number
- The name and email address used during checkout
- The product name
- A clear description of your question or concern
- Relevant photographs or videos, when applicable
Damaged, Defective, Incomplete, or Incorrect Products
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered, please contact info@everlamps.com within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the product and affected areas, photographs of the inner and outer packaging, and a photograph of the shipping label.
Please keep the product and all original packaging while the claim is being reviewed. Do not install, modify, repair, discard, or return the affected product before receiving instructions from our customer support team.
Return Requests
All returns require prior review and written authorization.
To request a return, please contact info@everlamps.com within 30 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date and include your order number, return reason, and photographs of the product and original packaging.
After an eligible return request has been approved, our customer support team will provide the authorized return address and return instructions.
The corporate and correspondence address below does not accept or process product returns. Products returned without prior authorization or sent to an unauthorized address may not be accepted.
