Order Processing
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully completed.
- Standard order processing time: 3–7 business days
- Custom, oversized, or made-to-order lighting fixtures may require additional preparation time.
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times are separate from shipping transit times.
Shipping Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, and product type.
Estimated Delivery Timeframes
- United States: 10–25 business days
Some large chandeliers or fragile lighting products may require additional transit time due to special handling and packaging requirements.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, severe weather, or peak shopping seasons.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package size, and shipping method selected.
From time to time, Everlamps may offer promotional free shipping on selected products or regions.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
Taxes & Duties
All product prices displayed on Everlamps include applicable shipping-related charges. Customers will not be required to pay additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery for eligible orders.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Please allow several business days for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is submitted:
- Delivery delays may occur
- Additional shipping fees may apply
- We may be unable to reroute packages once shipped
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error after placing an order.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
